What do I get in my Bedford Quasar party?
When you arrive you first receive a briefing where one of our marshals will go through how to put on your packs, how to play the game and split you into teams.
You then have your first 30 minute game of Quasar, after which you go to the party room. The party room session lasts approximately 25 minutes, party food (sandwiches, sausage rolls, cocktail sausages, crisps, fairy cakes, mini chocolate bars, etc) and a slush drink are included in the price. Feel free to bring your own additional food and a cake. You will be given your scorecards for the first game during this interval.
You then play your second game of Quasar. Afterwards you receive your scorecards from the second game in the foyer.

How many friends can I bring?
We cater for groups sized between 8 people to 26 people! If you are thinking of bringing a larger group then please give us a call and we will be happy to help!

How much does it cost?
Our party package costs £12.50 per person.
If you are bringing a large group it may be worth considering our exclusive party package, which gives you sole use of the arena during your games. It is otherwise identical to the regular party package. You may bring up to 26 people and food will be provided for 26. This costs £240.

To book your party with us, simply call 01234 211119. If you have any queries regarding the party package or anything else, dont hesitate to give us a ring, a member of staff will be pleased to help.
It is advisable to book your party as soon as possible to ensure availability at the date and times that you would prefer. To secure a booking a £25 deposit must be made either by card or by coming into the centre. This is only non-refundable if you cancel altogether, you are free to change times and numbers.
Invitations are available free of charge for collection from the centre, or you may prefer to print them off yourself using the link above.
