Can parents watch and play?

Parents and guardians are welcome to follow the children in their party wherever they go. As a parent you can watch the game briefing and watch the game from inside the arena for as long as you would like to.

Some parents prefer to sit away from the party in the foyer area; many like to buy a game themselves and play in the game with their group.

What if we have more or less people then we booked?

Please give us at least 24 hours notice for changes in numbers. We need this time to get your food orders correct, and so we can make sure we have the right number of people playing in your games.

When you book we advise you to book for the most number of players you think you will bring. You can call us at anytime to reduce this number but increasing the number will not be possible if all of the spaces are already taken.

Will it be just our group playing?

It’s up to you. Most groups are happy to mix and play with other children, but if you want to play on your own you can do; this is called an Exclusive game. Exclusive games are available on their own or as part of an Exclusive Party Package. Exclusive games and party packages cater for up to 26 players.

Can we bring our own food in?

Although you cannot bring your own food and drinks into our foyer, if you have booked a party package with us you are permitted to bring in extras into the party room. Often parents like to bring a birthday cake and party bags.

Do you supply party invitations?

 Yes, we supply invitations and they are free of charge, however we do not post them. You can either download our party invitations by clicking here, or you can visit our centre to collect them. If you drop in feel free to ask for a tour of the centre and our marshals will be happy to show you around.
